To underpin RTC`s position as market leaders in the drainage industry, we recently completed the full drainage package at MSD`s new State of the art Biotech facility in Swords, Co Dublin.
Working under 4 separate contractors, RTC supplied the following:
Rainwater Drainage: RTC supplied, Installed & tested of over 2000m of fully welded HDPE Pipework. To ensure deadlines were met we instructed our crews to work on a shift basis over a 24-hour period.
Process Underground Drainage: RTC have also completed the design, supply and installation and testing of double contained polypropylene chambers, pump stations and pipework.
Stainless Steel: RTC Designed & supplied 100’s of 316 Bespoke Stainless Steel Gullies & Channels which were supplied on a phased basis as required on site. The Process & Bio-waste Tanks & associated pumps were also supplied by RTC.
MSD Biotech, Dublin is anticipated to create 350 jobs. The facility, which is due to commence production in 2021, will play a significant role in the manufacture of MSD’s biologics-based medicines, in the area of immuno-oncology.
