This project provided for redevelopment whilst retaining many listed façade features of the famous old warehouse into the iconic 14,500 capacity 3 Arena venue which provides the heartbeat for Dublin social life.

RTC were contracted to design, supply and Install the complete roof drainage system for this iconic project. Works were completed within schedule with minimum disruption to main construction program. We were heavily involved in delivering a successful drainage solution in partnership with all stakeholders. Works carried out include the supply and installation of:

  • Stainless steel gullies and channels
  • Siphonic roof drainage system

The rainwater drainage requirements are catered for by a series of HDPE siphonix drainage systems from the various roof levels and all arranged to discharge at just above ground level into storm drainage pop-ups at optimum locations. All siphonix systems were carefully designed to ensure optimum coordination with the extensive volume of other services and equipment required for such a high specification fit-out. All pipework was insulated using an extremely high-performance acoustic product.
